1. How much do your sessions cost?
My fees range from $120 – $175.
2. What forms of insurance do you take?
I take several forms of insurance including United Health Care, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Anthem EAP, and Beacon Health/Value Options.
3. How long does each session take?
Sessions range in time from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your insurance company. If you are not using insurance and you need an extended session, that can be provided.
4. Do you offer sliding rates?
I will offer a reduced fee for someone without insurance on a case by case basis.
5. What are your office hours?
I am in my Palm Beach Gardens office on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
